Delete Your Digital Banking Access
Christian Financial values your privacy. If you wish to delete your Digital Banking Accounts (the login you use to access our Online Banking and our Mobile App) or your CFCU Credit App profile, please complete the form below. Important Notes:

Be aware: Deleting your Digital Banking access will not reset your password. Use the Forgot Password page instead.
- After deleting your Digital Banking access, you will not be able to see digital copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving E-Statements and/or tax documents your preferences will be changed to receive paper statements and paper tax documents.
- Any activity you previously set up within Digital Banking or the CFCU Credit App will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers to other people or accounts, scheduled recurring transfers, as well as any history for these services.
- If you have a profile on the CFCU Credit App, completing this form will also delete that profile and access.
- Your CFCU financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your Digital Banking access and profile.
